Pros and cons of tramTRACKER app for iPhone and iPad

tramTRACKER app good for

Easy to use and really on time. Some small pb concerning the localisation.
One of the most thought out, well implemented and nicely designed apps. Works perfectly!
Huge kudos to Yarra Trams for this one - its brilliant! I use it almost every day.
I am new to Melbourne and use it everyday! I love how you can find a tram stop closest to your current location on the map and from there figure out how long the tram wait time is an its route. It does need a trip planner to make it perfect.
This app really helped me to get to melbourne city and around :)

Some bad moments

Most of the time when I do actually give it another go, it will tell me that Im not connected to the Internet (I am just fine, thank you very much) and wont give me realtime updates. Ive sent feedback but there doesnt seem to be any maintenance done on the app.
This app continues to crash on iOS 7. I cannot give a good rating for this. Is it possible to fix this issue? Over 80% of iPhone and iPad users globally have updated their phones with over 50% in the first week.
